Lee Pannell was named VP of Sales and Marketing for Kimble Chase in January 2010.
 Prior to joining Kimble Chase, Lee held several senior management positions for global corporations. Most recently, Lee was part of the senior management team which was integral to the successful merger of Reliant Technologies and Thermage, Inc. to form Solta Medical. At Solta, he also served as Director of Global Business Development and Director of Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Support for the Western Hemisphere.
Prior to Solta, Lee held various functional and business management responsibilities at Lumenis (formed from the merger of Coherent Medical and ESC Sharplan). His most recent position was VP of Sales, Marketing and Product Development. Lee also developed medical device technology which was granted a US patent and accounted for a significant amount of corporate revenues.
Earlier in his career, Lee held positions in management, sales, marketing, and computer engineering at Johnson & Johnson, U.S. Surgical Corp, and IBM.
Lee graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BS degree in Human Ecology with minors in business, math, and computer engineering. He is currently a fellow of ASLMS, Phi Kappa Phi, ILDA, LPA and other professional societies.
